FAQ
Crypto Regulation Commission is a self-regulatory company that resolves disputes between brokers and their clients. Since the company has no financial interest in the rightness of one of the parties, it can act as an independent, non-jurisdictional expert. Thanks to this, it can resolve current disagreements between brokers and traders, providing significant assistance to those clients who are not satisfied with the quality of their financial provider’s services. It is important to note that the Crypto Regulation Commission’s decisions apply only to those brokers who are its members.
Control or monitoring of the activities of financial service providers is not and will never be the Crypto Regulation Commission’s main activity. Only resolving disputes between market participants has always been the main goal of the Company. In order to file a complaint against a broker, you must first make sure that it is one of the members of Crypto Regulation Commission.
There are 2 main goals: creating a Committee of honest and independent experts and making decisions faster than standard financial regulatory bodies can offer.
Crypto Regulation Commission’s rules require that each broker applying for membership establishes a Complaint Contact and an Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedure. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Member must:
a) acknowledge receipt;
b) if possible, provide compensation;
c) if compensation is not possible, provide an explanation.
The client may forward his/her complaint to Crypto Regulation Commission if he/she is not satisfied with the broker’s response.
Complaints are only accepted against brokers with membership status. If a broker no longer has it or its status is “under review”, clients cannot complain about them. In this case, they should contact the authorities of their country.
Firstly, you can count on the Crypto Regulation Commission’s support if you encounter market risks. Secondly, by giving customers the opportunity to file a complaint against your company, you confirm that you are a reliable financial services provider. Knowing that they can file a complaint, your customers will feel more confident.
The Company aims to bring together top-notch trading experts into a Committee that will be able to make independent decisions on disputes faster than traditional control bodies.
