File a Complaint

    In the event of a conflict between the broker and its client, the former must resolve the situation or provide detailed explanations regarding the situation within 14 working days from the date of such request. In case of disagreement with the decision or its absence, the broker's client has the right to exercise their right to resolve the dispute between the parties by the Commission. The latter, in turn, undertakes to provide an impartial investigation and a fair decision.
